DPAC: Don’t pay for ESA Appeal help - update on Tribunal appeals Scam

We’ve had information that people are paying up to £200 for ESA appeal help. In particular a web sitehttp://www.tribunalappeals.co.uk/ is offering ‘help’ at a cost- we have no idea if this ‘service’ is good or not. We suspect that there will be more of this type of thing going on.
You do not need to pay.  DPAC have a list of resources at
You can also use legal advice centres for free.
Do let us know of any scams you might come across and we can warn people by publicising here and on twitter and facebook

In 2008 he was sentenced to 3 yrs for pocketing £273,000 from a charity lottery. I am a former disability appeals worker and any of us with any ethics would not charge up front for our service as there is no guarrantee of a victory
this person gives both ourselves and other advice providers a bad name and should be avoided
