Bedroom Tax - and how to prove you don't need to pay it . . .

I've just read a post by SPeye Joe, and he has put a link on his blog so that anyone who is being charged bedroom tax for a room that is obviously a box room (normally a room with the stairs boxed in, or that is so oddly shaped you'd have to be a contortionist to sleep there - or the measurement of the floor being roughly 35-45 square feet) , can claim so to their relevant council.
